Well I hope the ASX take a firm stance with these guys, because they are all over the shop!
fyi I calculated the number of options that were going to be ratified at the original EGM to be 123,403,124.
I also note a discrepancy in the number of FPs. 857,495,182 as per the latest annual report vs 881,805,270 on 29th August. But who cares anymore - the number of SOI is anyone's guess atm. Notwithstanding, it would not surprise if an announcement comes out tomorrow saying another couple of hundred million FPs with one for one free attached options that are virtually in the money are about to be issued! Let the NOVUS sofs have their cake and eat it too.
I am amazed how they killed the run that would have ensued Monday morning by letting NOVUS have some past the post betting!
