I guess management from both companies has made a total meal of the situation with this merger. Been a total waste of time and resources TBH.
With only 50% of votes in, its highly unlikely they get past 66% by by the 5th September.
You could assume the didn't cast a vote was a no vote. It seems quite whacky to me a non cast vote is automatically a no vote.
