Their plan is to try and change other voters minds (vendors) probably offer a little carrot on the side 9option shares) to change their votes, they are also hoping alot of people don't get their votes in on time. Notice no proxy form on the announcement.
ASX has been notified, in the constitution they can change dates however for a valid reason - their reason isn't valid, also the constitution doesn't state the proxy votes can be re voted. (Lets see)
If they do purchase all the .001 which I highly doubt well its good for the market but they will be still short - hence why they didn't buy them before.
ASX and registrar are on to it, for us lets keep the votes coming in.
