in the announcement it said - A letter to shareholders and a new proxyform will be despatched to shareholders. (so lets if we have to vote again if the form has changed but a new proxy form sounds like revoting?
As for buying shares end of the day if they buy 250m shares that's still only 250mil votes doesn't matter what price? They will need to buy a lot more than 250mil - they are trying to change a vendors votes.
I have spoken to ASX this morning and they are investigating and will get back to me.
As for the NT we still only own 50% and they are drilling the same holes? So I don't think it will have much of an impact plus I don't think they will get the results back in time before the 26th?
