You cant just announce the meeting again with out the required minimum notice period.

If you could, boards all over the place would be calling a meeting then postponing and holding at some later date with only a short notice period, so as they could get out of difficult shareholder meetings and questions.

The meeting will not be held in the next week. Period.

The only thing PLV can do now is come out and announce what has caused he hault, good news or bad news either way we have a month to wait for the new meeting.
