    are we really surprised! I hope things do work out. The failure to deliver on deadlines or agreement have recently always been an issue with PLV. That is why announcements by PLV is treated with disregard by the market until the events take place. But lets wait and see. Very unprofessional though as people do travel and make provisions from their own time.
