I think many here are missing the point and are so focused on being 'right'.
It doesn't matter if AVZ is right. It doesn't matter if Zijin has no case. The tactics here should be clear for all to see by now.
AVZ is in a place of weakness and the competitors know that all they needs to do is keep up the stalling tactics before AVZ dies a slow death...or gets so desperate to walk away that they literally take any low ball offer that comes their way.
