ABA shareholders need to keep a very, very, very close eye on the issue of whether ABA shareholders will receive a dividend, as a result of this delay in the merger.

Point is, that originally the merger would have been completed well before the usual time when MYS paid its dividend, which is usually end of February. Old ABA shareholders would have been MYS shareholders by then, and would have participated in that dividend along with all other MYS shareholders.

But now, the Scheme Meeting has been delayed, and the timing may well see ABA shareholders not qualifying for any MYS dividend, and we may well find that ABA does not pay a dividend either. It may well be a condition of the Scheme that ABA is not permitted to pay a dividend prior to merger?? I do not know the answer to that.

The danger for us ABA shareholders is that this delay just might see ABA shareholders miss out on any dividend from either ABA or MYS.

And IMHO, that puts a big question mark over the issue of the IER report, and most certainly over shareholders' consideration as to how to vote.

Dividends are a major factor to many of ABA shareholders.

We all just need to be aware of what is happening. It is our company.
