    I had to read the announcement a few times also...


    My take on the situation is that with the increased scale of on ground activities in **on, the team in **on needed to be bolstered to support the ramp up.

    The latest presentation in early September has a tech manager for each project, in conjunction with an executive chair and now three non-exec's to run both projects, plus a general manager and exploration manager for **on. They definitely have enough cash to hire when required!
