If you don't get it and don't understand the mining business or products I can't help you, the delay was to get more other information for another party. They are getting more information all around at the right time not a time to suit people who don't understand but getting it right. The information is coming when they have finished due process and have negotiations to deal with.
It is obvious the further information is nearby but I'm not trying to convince you. You have enough information to make your own decisions.. Impatience with cynicism is not wisdom.
