Why would I sell? I'm happy with current price and am a long-term investor.
My post states that I don't see Potentia finding reasons for raising their offer price, and the risk is that the more they see the less they may like it due to structural problems.
Read the other comments where it's reported that Potentia is funding constrained to be able to do a buyout of Tyro and Nitro.
