You will clearly see that I was merely referencing Alludo's claim regarding Potentia;s funding constraints for its various market plays.
However, the market also feels the same way given that Tyro's SP doesn't reflect any likely increased offer. Just because someone thinks the chance of an increased offer is very slim doesn't mean they are a downramper.
