I wouldn't worry about Pencillin's comments as he doesn't understand much about due diligence, M&A or capital jusdging by previoous posts.
Pencillin made a hillarious post about Tyro's capital adequacy in another thread trying to justify why Tyro doesn't need to raise capital not realising that that is the measure of Tyro's stability as a bank and money held as 'security' to deposit holders, and not money available for Tyro to freely use for it's trading activities.
I agree that the market consensus is that it is very unlikely that Potentia will pull this off. They have seemed to have made the same low ball tactics to Nitro...
