Grok is locked into an agreement with Potentia up to $1.85 through till June 2023 so they would have to offer less without unlocking Grok's 12% parcel and triggering a break.
It also means that the overhang still exists post-June as Grok would then be free to sell down on their own terms if the deal can't be done...
So overall, I can't see much that Potentia can do to get to a SP that Tyro would accept.
