In fact is smells a bit like an ongoing "cash for coverup" arrangement.

I am not making any accustions here, this is just my theory and opinion based on the limited information supplied by the company, which leaves people having to draw their own conclusions.

Yes ... after all this time, the timing of the BEST discounted payment seems rather interesting (if not convenient) - coinciding as it did with the latest announcements.
