Sorry, i am a finance guy, not a mining guy. I just took a guess at the new NPV I have never read a DFS, so perhaps others have some thoughts. What made me jump in big recently was that the market cap is small vs potential profits at current gold prices. This ore body is very well drilled, and the infrastructure is all there, so if banks have comfort in the mine plan, they should be willing to lend the approx USD150m to get this to production, as that is the value of 100k ounces. Of course there are costs too, but with a good cash cost margin, and a few years of hedging, the funding should be covered. So there should not be much more dilution, which is the general curse of juniors.
