Yes I understand the allegation, but its also definitely about greed, with all parties. Definitely not defending prior SRF Management. It is going to be still hard to prove and get result may take years at the detriment of current shareholders company with better management.
I would be very surprised if much become of it, look at all the other class actions at the moment. I would of never bought on managements upbeat guidance. Some people just should not invest directly if they do not have the competence or least if they do know the difference between investing and speculation!!!!!
