Good article Fugazied. In regard to the conversation process the NIC release says minor modifications while the Macquarie report shows a whole new process. My understanding is that the old process to convert NPI was understood but not implemented due to cost whereas Tsingshan have now developed a new process converting ore to matte during the existing rotary kiln process. I stand to be corrected if this is not the case.
