It also amazes me how little bit of gossip can churn things up. Macly states he doesn't own shares in FAR or CNE. I hope he not just trying to boost for family and friends. CNE even on the pump tonight.
Back on a more serious note, the media just love gossip in any way they can get their hands on. One tweet from Graham and over the next 48 hours articles are being printed full steam ahead, even with made up figures and personal interpretations. Every article has a twist from the previous one just read. How can one man's tweet and blog create such chaos( now he's a Senegal representative). Fifty words converted into 300 by time the press get an insight.
Fresh Santos shareholders would be reveling in the same scenario. What a lovely short term gain on no facts.
Not one of the companies above have confirmed the rumour, but hey if it strengthens the wealth, we'll live with the bull crap. More media I say!!
