There are no (zero) executive directors presently.
RB was previously MD, but now demoted to a general manager role....
Gareth would not be hands on, Dr J. is a geo (no idea of his commercial experience, if any) and AT has his own stuff to run....
Normally, there is an executive team and a board of directors....and the MD is usually the only overlap.
Malcolm Smartt was appointed Company Secretary in May 2019 (sounded like a full time appointment - joint CS with Emma Curnow, who's also the CFO (again, seemingly a full time role).
They should be preparing at least the drafts of presentations...
