yes, it is mostly duplicating what has already been said but it is all in the same presentation, instead of neing spread out over numrrous presentations
this saves potential new investors the trouble of having to search through numerous presentations to get a handle on the company, since info all in one presentation
people can be lazy and not bother research, instead just invest in a different company
some could say the BOD are being lazy by not having an AGM presentation, starting the rot of not enough information being pushed out to shareholders and the market
