If they can't do that, they should all resign in a real hurry.
A year ago the price was 11c (give or take), it's now 2.5c - that's a drop of 77.3% in 12 months.
Everyone involved in management at Inca needs to take a bloody hard look at themselves....
Personally, I would like to see a new MD appointed before the New Year!
Whatever happens in strategy meetings (if they have any!) within this company ain't getting it done!
