I am not sure what you are on about.
Do you mean that Ross is about to deliver this phosphate resource to us?
If we end up with a phosphate resource it will not be because of anything outstanding that Ross does.
He has taken a decade and a half to deliver SFA!

Ross, and a couple of others, ARE the deadwood, not the phosphate.

I was just in the garden pruning a lime tree.
Every year it produces hundreds of flowers and tiny fruit, but within a month or so, they all fall off.

That is Ross, full of promise and in the end, no bloody fruit.
If the lime tree does it one more time it will be in the compost bin.
It's now time for Inca's deadwood to hit the compost bin.

You seem to have not understood what I am saying.
I am all in favour of going for the phosphate. I think it is a gift from heaven, if it is in commercial quantities that is.
Get the phosphate bringing in income before we spend more money on chasing glamour minerals like copper.

You regularly refer to other companies who did something and therefore, because they were successful/ lucky, then we will be successful/lucky also.

That is the most frivolous investment/exploration strategy that I have ever heard, but you often state it.

When the opportunity to compost Ross and Gareth presents itself again, soon I hope, we need all shareholders to not flip flop about this time and get it done.
