My own take is that the BOD is deep in consideration about the best next steps for the Company.
They can hardly come out and say "we are having thinkies, guys"

Perhaps, just maybe, there is a major asking for traction - the Phosphate prospects are not slight, and could be a huge appeal as fallback to a $20 or $30 mill commitment to an IOCG search.
But more reasonable is that BOD and the Geos are taking extra care over the next drilling move - I have enough faith to believe they will all be acting in the best interest of the Company and stakeholders, not pushing any personal interests.

The Exec Chair has control of discussion and has a casting vote (not applicable in a three man board).
I have been thinking for some time that perhaps another NED with accounting expertise would be useful granted the hopeless control over recent exploration expenses where 80% of funds went on wildcat drilling in Peru and Frewena before a halt was called.

Sure, this post is speculative and made without any detailed knowledge of the true circumstances. It is not meant to cause friction in any quarter, but rather to engender a sense of confidence in Inca's future opportunities, which I believe will bear fruit.
