My gripe is not with JW but I sure have a gripe with a couple of other directors over the years, about three in fact, maybe four.

Ross has certainly been a lifestyle director with no get up and go in him at all.
In my opinion he only has any interest now because he thinks the ground Inca has shows real promise.
This ground has come to us through no effort on the part of Ross.

Peru was a typical example of this where we waited and waited for months/years for permits with no seeming urgency from Inca management to get things through. Meanwhile the coffers simply whittled away only to once again replenish by another ridiculously discounted cash raise.

Personally, I feel that we need to get rid of the directors other than JW and I include the new Chairman in that.
What a disappointment.
