Who do you guess is really acquiring who TT? ( thought you would like this, I know you are into some goldies too. ) I think ASX rules require an Ann in such circumstances anyway. Might come to nothing, mind you, there was similar, albeit more vague "copper, nickel or zinc project acquisition " thought previously that didn't happen. This does seem to be more specific and I really like the sound of it. Those in the know seem to also. We can only speculate. I do hope it gets concluded either way swiftly, do we can get going or move on.
