Fair enough but I do not understand why GTE did not go into suspension till the deal was done.
My take is both parties don't have much money to progress anything so after already flagging what's going on the next announcement needs to be as proactive as it can get.
Any break off in negotiations regarding a failed outcome will definitely reverse the SP.
