    Well one fairly obvious reason is the ASX as a whole is Down, last check, 123 points ~ 1.7%.
    The cynic in me could once again point out 'the brokers', who can trade at the 4th decimal = .0055 (retail can't) seem to be focused on keeping the price below the SPP offer of .006.
