Agree - I have reduced my holdings on this and will bail entirely if it goes ahead.
I was hoping/expecting they would be de-merging rather than merging. If I was interested in ARW I would buy ARW shares directly - but I'm not. ARW look like being an ongoing cash drain short term, and not a particularly bright future for biofuels imo.
They have been talking of spinning out Global Geo for sometime and there's an opportunity sitting there to back it into AVA (which is now a cash shell). Still no sign of any move in this direction and everything subject to the WAS chairman's whims. I can wait until its a separate entity in control of its own destiny.
