Thats what i figured, nothing new. The problem is, in the environment that we are in, you really only get one shot to release something of substance and value. Unfortunately in this situation, the substance and value centers around the substantial capex, small life of mine and average IRR. And im sure there are ways to improve all three, however all companies really need to take the opportunity to cover these bases in one go. So while the long term picture may very well have not changed, market sentiment has, and its poor at least on an administrative level not to be comprehensive in announcements made. This is happening across cobalt stocks in general, delays, or less than attractive/comprehensive reports.
