    ...and who is it that is making the decision that all the cobalt stocks get hit at the same time?

    Why is it that every cobalt miner is getting slammed regardless of the quality of information they put to market?

    I am amazed by the manipulation that is occurring but even more amazed that people are selling into this nonsense when, in effect, the news has been generally good.
