SP will not stabilise until there is certainty in the market. As long as NSW government continue to sink the boot in willy nilly for cheap votes, we dont get that certainty.
$2 is the NTA. Thats essentially th market saying Star won't make a profit in the near term whilst the head winds remain. The key is these are short term.
This is a long-term stock. At least 24 months. its intrinsic value is still $4 + even with reduced reveneue.
