Well look at sh value you assert, one metric, the cratering sp, nil dividends, endless class actions and litigation, massive fines, what a wonderful job these Boards have done, and for one previous CEO a bonus of $800,000. The vulnerability of the business is a result of these Boards, sheer ineptitude to say the least, and your answer is - jolly good lot, fun loving and misunderstood, leave them alone and all will be ok. Would have thought, sheer survival is the main priority for this lot and previous, sh value is not in the lexicon.
