    Caution re that NTA, of real doubt, recency and if a broker calculation, then even more so. All these theoretical predictions should be discounted by SGR's current predicament with longer term trading revenues. A few overpriced swanky cafes and bars in the QW precincts will not be enough to save SGR's the reduction in gaming revenues.
