    Absolutely spot on, the former disgraced Boards are those responsible, instead of securing the SGR future and business, awarding themselves these huge bonuses (former CEO in the region of $800,000 on top of his base remuneration, could be a response to QAN). They destroyed your investment, and now it seems for a very long time if it survives at all?
