If it was priced in MW wouldnt have touched it.
I am of the opinion this is going to be much bigger than we all expect it to be
I expect the terms to be aligned with share holders interests, hence the extended time to finalize the deal IMO
No rubbish consolidation and free shares to any mug for doing nothing.
Cash in the bank and ready to go...
