I agree with what you are saying to a certain extent,but these things take time before they start to make a decent revenue.
My opinion on market cap is based on the companies position today,not tomorrow or a few years down the track.
For starters the acquisition is not successful yet let alone completed and there is little info to go on such as how advanced things are such as a customer base and time to set things up,not to mention any capital that may need to be raised under the acquisition terms.
If the market cap was twice asset and cash on hand value I may have a punt,but the market cap is about 6 times asset cash on hand value,at the moment.
Way to risky at this stage.
Anyway I have said what I think and will move on as I do not hang around stock threads when not a holder.
