All BS aside....this does seem to be lining up.
MW has a serious track record of pulling these deals together... and not the rubbish deals...good deals with some guts in them
If you were a betting man....feels like its on the path to a strong re rate (multiple bags)
Some people just keep searching even when they have it right under their nose.
This sounds like a quality acquisition
