You can easily justify the current market cap given 3 things.
1. Who is behind the company
2. How they go about their business
3. Track record.

I think one of most important things when evaluating a company as to whether you feel comfortable investing in it is; who are management and what kind of track record do they have.
It is also important that management communicate with share holders so they know what is going on with their investment. Today is evidence that company is listening to the people. While the deal may not be complete, the company has provided the market with an announcement to re-assure its investors that they are working hard to complete a deal, which up until today was only speculation.

M Walker will not have spent all this time negotiating the terms of the deal to give us a lemon. Its clear that he is prepared to walk away from deals if the terms will not be in favour of share holders.

This is the kind of management you want running your ship.

There have been plenty of "dodgy" RTO tech deals leading up to Xmas for companies to try and squeeze a few dollars out of investors/traders which has put a bit of bad taste in the mouth of folk looking for the next tech vend.

If you don't think this company is worth its market cap, simply don't put you're money into it.

credibility is important in any gig....but is crucial in separating yourself from the rest of the sprukers trying to put these together

People will kick themselves for missing this...good new is it's not too late..
