"Star Striker Limited (“Star Striker” or the “Company”) is pleased to advise that it has executed an exclusivity agreement with various third parties (“Third Parties”) for the prospective acquisition of a new business (the “Business”).

The exclusivity period extends until the earlier of the execution of a legally binding term sheet with the Third Parties, and 15 January 2016 (or such other date as may reasonably be agreed between The Parties).

The Business owns proprietary financial planning software and has a track record of delivering the industry’s first scalable offshore processing platform.

Star Striker believes the Business has the potential to disrupt and revolutionise the financial planning industry.

Star Striker will continue to update shareholders as and when final terms associated with the potential acquisition are agreed between the Company and the Third Parties."
