Well I sold out today at $3.24. Too much uncertainty about how long you wait to get your money if you accept the offer. Time to move on now and seek other stocks that have potential. The extensions will go on for awhile even to get to 35%. The decider for me was when they stated there would be no higher offer. That was the only reason I would have gone down that route of accepting the offer was to benefit from any future higher offer. I have taken them at their word that $3.25 is their final price.
