Yeah sometimes it can be those little ' subtleties ' , and the smallest of changes that can set it alight. Like today for instance , with that additional 2.5 million joining the BUY side at point 4 and increasing the apparent look in the ' BUILD '..... So with the Market clearly expecting news here ( because it is actually overdue on several fronts ) , a select few seem to be positioning and strengthening the BUY side. And I'm not saying that they know anything of course.....
