Yeah , but one of my points is that they only have 35 days from the time the ' Miscellaneous ' application for the roads access through the Mining Registrar & Main Roads , and that within that stated time frame , they need to provide project details.....which I would assume tonnages based on FACTS. With the facts being of course based on details from a ' Maiden ' MRE and an outline of project construction ( if any ).
And those 35 days are effectively landing on TODAY.
That's if you assume they ' applied ' for that miscellaneous license on the 15th May. So something is not right here.
