As much I would support the notion of ' Manipulation ' and contrived outcomes in the Market as a whole , if you look to each of the last years of Iin June 2022 , June 2024 , and June 2024 , RGL had at least one and mostly TWO announcements regarding exploration activities ....drilling , results ...etc.

In 2025 , we have had NONE and are arguably more advanced and have more things in process or pending , and which are vastly more significant than anything going on in those prior years.

No , it comes down to Management and their abilities to keep the market ' informed ' Like in the instance of the Mining license for the Northern Zone which had FINITE end date of expiry. So what was the outcome ?. Did we get an extension ? ..., and if so should we not then be updated.

In regards the MRE . It can now be tied to specific date ranges which link the ' Miscellaneous ' license for access to gazetted roads...., which REQUIRE an outline of the project withing 35 days of application. This would require details of proposed tonnages which could only be ascertained by having a completed MRE.

So its NOT a question of Government and delays , because it is clearly stipulated of the 35 day period. Sure .....obtaining a site visit after that by Main Roads WA can take as long as 3 months. But that is NOT the point I am making. So again , I put it to you that these Guy's are having us on and taking advantage of the good faith of shareholders. In my opinion of course.
