we are waiting for I think operation licence ( despite wa and aboriginal land and so many regulations) which applied last year sometime but
BUT
take time unfortunately!
Rgl got 3 box out of 5 tick already so
yes financial for project need to be ready too

does That silly LICENCE come through on time!
