WA1 was to do with the timing, had early mover advantage.. the one to two percentage grade and perhaps the MRE will easily be surpassed by Brazil and JamesBay Canadian Niobium explorers, and these will make most economic sense to become miners as well, currently the commodity price is closely guarded and kept high by the few producing companies and am pretty confident in about two years that hegemony will be destroyed and more rational market price discovery will be established.. even if Nb2O5 price corrects it won't be painful as Lithium experience.. good luck
