The only answer that means much here is the answer that PNN should be providing. IMO there is insufficient expertise in Ultra at this time to define what they sold.

@ChowFun should note that the sale claims to cover 269,063 hectares, that is 2690.63 sq km.
If the concessions formed a square, then the square would have sides of about 50km.
For scale, you can use Google Maps ruler to see that Laguna Verde is 50km east of the Chilean/Argentine border.

The shape that I sketched in ( post ) has an internal area of 1300 sq km. So half of the sale area is missing. Various corrections could be made, but SH should not be asked to guess. The PNN announcement clearly misrepresents the sale area.

In your post https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/68022123/single you suggest that you are an Argentinian. Why not use your connections to obtain the Concession maps directly from the State Government and share your findings here ?

@Tradeprestige : there is no evidence that Zangee has paid $40m US to Ultra for anything. And they never will. Right ?
BTW the terms of their proposed deal with Ultra meant that Ultra was to PAY $40m US to Zangee. DD not required.
