anything. And they never will. Right ?
BTW the terms of their proposed deal with Ultra meant that Ultra was to PAY $40m US to
Zangee.

Sorry I am confused did someone mention Zangge paid Ultra for anything I don think so??? And Cad essentially canceled the Agreement between Ultra and Zangge so yes you are correct Zangge will never pay Ultra (but they may pay Pnn). My interpretation only of course

Ultra Lithium paying Zangge am i missing something??

Under the terms of the agreement, Zangge will, in staged payments, pay US $10 million to Ultra Lithium and invest US$40 million in the Laguna Verde Project.
A further $250m would be invested at a later stage to fund the construction of a lithium carbonate processing plant.
