Interesting question.

Does it depend on who owns the power generation plant? If Iron Bear JV owns the wind farm that produces the power, does that "ring fence" that power?

In contrast, the hydro (at least in phase 2/3) could be part government funded and therefore the power generation not "ring fenced".

In any event, I would think it would be hard to get approvals for a mine without being able to substantiate how the source of the power would not negatively impact any current users. Therefore, if power generation built and Iron Bear an established mine, even if the lines can be common use I would not expect a further mine to be approved without that mine being able to establish where its power will come from,

But will be interested to hear what comes back.
