Not a good look, had thought with the sale of shares and some cash in the door things were looking stable for PVL. This just makes like so much harder for them. In my view the change can only be a result of the capital raise not going too well and money needs to go into the company and not to a shareholder. Also if the capital raise was proceeding well why not raise the $10m now and not split the raise.

As other smart tech companies have shown (Xero) take the money when it is on offer, you just don't know what is around the corner.
